The fastest way to kickoff an exchange or return is to use our customer portal!

All you'll need handy is:

1. The email address used to place your order or the Zip Code associated with your order. 

2. Your order number. It should begin with "S" followed by 4+ numbers. 

From there you'll be able to request an exchange, return, and more!

We're proud to offer complimentary exchanges at the time. On any goods being returned for a refund, we will deduct a $7.95 return fee to offset some of the return shipping cost and processing.
